Hyatt Place Shanghai New Hongqiao

The breakfast is a combination of western & chinese food and we like it. The room is also big and very convenient for us. The staff is very accomodating even there is some conflict or our reservation dont reflect in their system, they accomodate us. They even provided an extra pillow free of charge.

The room are comfy and big enough

The room was excellent. It matched with the photos.

Location and cleaning are is perfect 🥰
